Jira Dataset

Hi Everyone,

We have been using Power BI for few months already, we had Dataset from Jira and Saleforces working fine, till about a week ago, Jira Dataset just stopped pulling any data. Dashboard went blank, I tried deleting and establishing a new Dataset, but currently if I use Anonymous Credentials I get no data, if I use Basic and my own Credentials I can see only 2 projects. I have admin rights in Jira.

Any ideas what is going on.

By the way we are using Cloud version of Jira.

@Karolis,

Have you checked that if there are any issues with your account? Please make sure that your account actually has sufficient permissions in Jira and your credential is valid.

In addition, please verify that if you can view all the data in Power BI Desktop, you can use Power BI Desktop template for JIRA to connect to your data source in Desktop.
