Issue while fetching Power BI Shared Dataset

Hi,

We have scenario where user is not able to fetch shared Power BI dataset. User is trying to connect to Power BI dataset via excel. But he is facing "The HTTP server returned the following error:  Forbidden,  Activity ID:"

Can anyone help me with resolution steps

I am just trying to connect via Power Query. Get data -> Power BI dataset. Its listing dataset that has been shared to me but when i click on that, its showing below error
