To restrict Power BI service in Android and iOS using Microsoft Intune, you can follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Azure portal (https://portal.azure.com) using your administrator account.

2. Navigate to the Intune blade by searching for "Intune" in the search bar.

3. In the Intune blade, go to "App protection policies" under the "Mobile apps" section.

4. Click on the "+ Create policy" button to create a new policy.

5. Fill in the required details for creating the policy, such as Name and Description.

6. Under the "Platform" section, select "Android" and "iOS" as the targeted platforms.

7. In the "Policy settings" section, click on "Apps" and then click on "Add apps".

8. Search for "Power BI" and select the Power BI app from the list of available apps.

9. Choose the relevant app version and click on the "Select" button to add it to the policy.

10. In the "Policy settings" section, click on "Data protection" and configure the required data protection settings for Power BI.

11. Scroll further down and configure other settings as per your organization's requirements, such as "Access requirements" and "Conditions".

12. Once you have configured all the settings, click on the "Create" button to create the policy.

13. Assign the policy to the relevant user groups or individual users by clicking on the "Assignments" tab and then clicking on the "+ Add group" button.

14. Select the desired user groups or individual users and click on the "Select" button to assign the policy to them.

15. Confirm the assignment by clicking on the "Save" button.

The Power BI service will now be restricted on Android and iOS devices for the users or user groups to which you have assigned the Intune policy.
