Insert date for X-axis and change source.name

My data is in csv files (When I checked, there are no actual "dates" in the data) and its currently sorted by folders -> Year -> month.

I would love to:

1. Learn how to add an x axis (for this example is months, but on another report it could be years).

2. do a trend line.

3. expand the bars, as it looks so squished with all that room.

4. change the source.name column from like West234223.csv to Western Region.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

My data currently looks something like this sample and it would be labeled West3823732.csv

1. Move the column that you are using for the Legend to the Axis

2. I do not believe that trend lines are available with only 12 data points. But, if they are, click the magnifying glass icon under the Visualizations area.

3. You will get some expansion when you move your Legend area to the Axis area

4. Right-click Western.csv table and rename to Western Region
