IBM DB2 Licensing Error

I am attempting to setup On-prem gateway for DB2. I have installed the IBM drivers but when I test the IBM DBLC1 ODBC driver connection admistrative tools I get the error "An attempt to connect to the database failed because of a licensing problem SQLSTATE =49268". I checked the IBM site but the information is not clear as to what is needed. Does anyone have experience with this issue?

Hi @DQ,

Based on my research, the above error message is caused by that there is no valid license key of DB2 server on your current machine. Please install DB2 connect and then check if the error still persists.

Besides, I would recommend you directly contact IBM via phone or email to get dedicated support for this license issue.
