I have some data in Power Query but I want to know more about the source of the data. It seems like it coming from some folders in sharepoint, but dont know exactly how I can access the data. Is it possible to find out exactly where the data is coming from and how I can get new data from the same source?

In your Power Query queries you can then see if you retrieve items from SharePoint lists, or documents from folders.
By the way, your third source will not work in the Power BI Service. convert that to a SharePoint source as well.
Just run the query and let it ask you to authenticate.
