Hi,
I have the following records as an example:
Key: ABC-123 First Transition: 3/25/2023 1:27:13 PM
Key: ABC-123 First Transition: 6/29/2021 9:37:48 AM
In this case, I want to take the record 3/25/2023 1:27:13 PM or vice-versa (I want to see how to do either).

Here's my solution. Below is my sample data.
Use Group by feature.
If other fields exist in your actual data, you can add a column as follows to keep all rows.
