I cant find the microsoft account permisson

Hi. I have created a new PBI file and want to get data from a Sharepoint folder. Its seems like Im not able to authenticate. In an existing PBI file, I already have permission through microsoft account. Its seems like that option is not in the new file I created. Why can I choose the same permission?

Hi @LFM ,
For connecting to a SharePoint folder, please use your Microsoft Account credentials. For the Web connector, use your Organizational Account.

Two things to try:

1. Even if it says "already/currently signed in", you may need to refresh the credentials. Select "Sign in as different user" and then just re-sign in with same account
2. Depending on the underlying permissions, you may not actually have permission at the level you specified (tenant domain URL) and you should instead change the level to the site level

Hi! For SharePoint folder, use the Microsoft Acount for credentials. For web connector, use organizational account.
