How to pull data from specific cells from a excel sheet in powerbi

Hi

 

im new to powerbi, how can i pull data from certain cells in BI for reporting?, table becomes unstructured once i connect to excel file due to merging of cells and column titles in different positions.

How do you want to display the data in Power BI? Can you show the expected result of the table?

 

Since there are merging cells in the Excel, we need to transform data after importing. Do you want to remain "Formulated"/"Operational Cost"? If you only want to remain rows starting from Row 6, you can remove top 5 rows, then promote first row as headers. Filter a table by row position - Power Query | Microsoft Learn
