I think this is not possible currently. The closest feature is Dynamic M query parameters in Power BI Desktop. However this feature requires that you must have a valid M query that uses one or more DirectQuery tables. And a dynamic M query parameter is binded to a column field in one DirectQuery table. The dynamic part you want to change is the data source folder path while the dynamic M query parameter does not support to change the data source of a table.
Currently it is not supported to change the data source dynamically according to report users' interaction with a slicer or filter in the report.
