How to get data from bank and credit card websites?

I enter the url for the bank website.

Under Web View, I can see the log on page.

I enter my username and password and click login.

Nothing happens.

Does anyone know how to log into a bank or credit card site and get the data?

It sounds like you might be facing an issue with accessing your bank or credit card account securely. If you are dealing with account-related or security concerns, it's best to review your login records for any irregularities. You can also visit this site for tips on how to perform an arrest event database check to ensure no fraudulent activities are linked to your identity. Always be cautious with personal information and ensure your login details are safe.

hi  @raymm3852 , To get data from bank or credit card websites:

  1. Use APIs: Check if your bank provides secure APIs (e.g., Plaid, Yodlee) for data access.
  2. Download Manually: Log in, download transaction data as CSV/Excel, and import it into Power Query.
  3. Use Financial Tools: Use tools like Quicken, Mint, or QuickBooks for secure synchronization.
  4. Avoid Automation: Automating logins (e.g., with scripts) is risky and may violate terms of service.

To get data from a bank or credit card website, ensure you're using the official portal and following the site's security protocols. If you're interested in exploring offers or managing your Capital One account, you can check out the  Getmyoffer CapitalOne page for more details about CapitalOne Rewards, pre-approval options, and credit card benefits. It's a secure way to check eligibility, activate your card, or explore exclusive offers!
