How to add manual entered adjustments column to two existing sum totals in Report

Description:

Report has two sum totals (MTD Result) columns along with two unique number columns next to sum totals(PC).

1. Net Booking Result

With unique number(701xxx) column next to SUM column

2.Net Shipping

With unique number(701xxx) column next to SUM column

Solution required is: Using above 1, 2 columns I need to create a new column with my manually entered adjustments(Book Adj) through looking up unique value (701xxx), the result must be column 1 + Manually entered values & 2+ Manually entered values.
