Hep with Viewers giving Comments against particular line messages or information

Hi

We have made the daily production datas in Power BI and our Production Team can view their daily production.

Is it possible than , For Eg: the daily production needed was X and if the team has not achieved the production X, then they can give comments or reason thru their viewing window and these reasons are saved and others can also view the same?

This is a comments portion. What we are looking for is , in day wise productivity, in teh same Dashboard window, can we create a text box or forms so that the day when productivity is low, comments can be mentioned . and this infact will be saved back in our pbix file.

So in the day wise we can mention our comments.
