Help with new column

I need to create an extra column in my table that populates the reason code which is 81 into the Type 1 New column, seems very straight forward but can anyone help

 
Booking IDtypeReason CodeNew Column

Please check if this matches your expected output

if [Reason Code]=null then List.Max(Table.SelectRows(#"Changed Type",each [Booking ID]=[Booking ID])[Reason Code]) else null
