Hi, Thank you all for your help in my previous post. In the above picture the column circled in red is coming from an excel file(which shows what the ideal supplier share should look like. However there arre different buyers for different materials circled in blue, which mean i get multiple of this file from different buyers for different materials, Is there a way to connect the other excel file to this one already being used here ? all the excel files from the buyers have similar structure but i would like to have information from these other excel files in one and i do not want manually update this excel file already used here. Is this possible?

This is picek up automatically when you refresh the PBI file. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WalVo3lpbIw&ab_channel=MITutorials
Kudos and mark as solution appreciated 🙂
I suggest you load the other excels to the PBI and use append function in Power Query 🙂

Hi Zenisekd, Thank you for your solution. However, i do not have all of such file at the moment. These files will come from Buyers at their own time. Are you saying i would have to upload the file when i receive and then apppend everytime?
You may as well connect power query to a folder and save those excel files to this folder. If they have the same structure, you may be able to load them all and append them. You will however need to refresh the data every time you load new excel file to the folder.
Thank you so much, Just to make sure i understand. say now i connect power query to a folder where i have two of these excel files already and i load and append them. Do i need to load any new file that enters the folder or will this be picked up if i refresh manually. I am looking for a solution that cuts out any form of manual work either to upload any new excel file or to refresh. I don't know if that makes sense
