Hi @Anonymous

You can pivot your data.

let
    Source = Table.FromRecords({
        [#"Received Date" = #date(2023, 7, 26), #"Received Time" = #time(3, 0, 0), Count = 1],
        [#"Received Date" = #date(2023, 7, 26), #"Received Time" = #time(7, 0, 0), Count = 2],
        [#"Received Date" = #date(2023, 7, 30), #"Received Time" = #time(6, 0, 0), Count = 3]
    }),
    PivotCol = Table.Pivot(
        Table.TransformColumnTypes( Source, {{"Received Time", type text}}, "en-US"),
        List.Distinct(
            Table.TransformColumnTypes( Source, {{"Received Time", type text}}, "en-US")[#"Received Time"]
        ), "Received Time", "Count", List.Sum
    )
in
    PivotCol
