Google analytics - Java Script TAG

Hello,
We are wanting to measure the number of access to the web via scenarios, then we try to add the JavaScript code in the scenario, however is popping up a bar on top with the information we have external codes and unreliable (the Microsot) in that scenario. Some "native" to not display this warning message? or some other way to measure the number of access per day of my users?
