Getting Aggregated Like Count from Facebook Page

Hi, I am trying to retrieve data from my Facebook Page. I am the administrator and also to Business Manager account owner (may this causes my problem). I get all posts and when I want to add likes or comment count (click on aggregate > count of IDs), I got an error message: "Access to the resource is forbidden" + button Edit Credentials.

Can you please suggest where is the problem and how to solve it?

So the issue lies in the way your page was set up - I did some tests and found that if your page was created (or is managed) by Business Manager, you won't get the data. If the page was set up normally, the data are available. But still don't know how to get the data from Business Manager. Any experience? Thanks.
