Get previous month status to new column

Hi all,

I have a table like above. Some changes can be made on a monthly basis. I want to create two new column and bring the previous month's status to the current month row and find any changes. Thanks for your help in advance.

What do you mean by "status"?Is it "Previous Org." or "Previous Cost Center"?Can you provide an expected output?

Hi,

in the table below, 2 columns on the right (Previous Org. and Previous Cost Center) are the expected outputs. The values below these 2 columns are the expected values also.

For example, Michael, who is in the "fourth" organization in March, was in the first organization in the previous month and Previous Cost Center was 901 ( you can see table below).

As I tried to explain in my first post I only need to get previous values to the column Previous Org and Previous Cost Center which you can find below table example.
