Hi @Cyriackpazhe,

Seems like you are loading data from Sharepoint folder?

Creating Individual Tables

If you require individual tables, make individual queries for each file or dataset.
Use "Get Data" → "SharePoint Folder", and filter by file name.

Rather than altering queries, click "Load" straight away when choosing the data.
This avoids unnecessary transformation steps in Power Query.

If you require merging files from a SharePoint folder:
Choose "Combine" when loading files.
Power BI automatically identifies similar file structures and combines them.

The purpose of this connector is to simplify the import of files. It is suitable for simple files, which is friendly to novices. It will automatically generate some queries based on the user's selection to read and parse the file content.
