Hi,
I am assisting a client that has a Power BI gov account. Their workspace is hosted on https://app.powerbigov.us.
When they develop reports in Power BI desktop, and click publish, they are prompted with a sign in. When they try to sign in with their gov account, Power BI says "You don't seem to have an account for Power BI..." They have Pro licenses.
How can I solve this issue so that they can publish their reports to their government workspace?
Thanks!

@tasmiaa,
What version of Power BI Desktop does your client run? Please check if your client can log in to https://app.powerbigov.us in web browser and then upload the PBIX file using get data option.
Besides, please check if your client has both Free and US Government Pro licenses in his tenant. According to this article, tenant should be whitelisted in mixed scenario.
Regards,
Lydia
