Hi All,

I am trying to export data to csv with R script . This step is performed after append step. append joins three different queries.

Error : Formula.Firewall: Query 'Append1' (step 'Run R script') references other queries or steps, so it may not directly access a data source. Please rebuild this data combination.

I need to export the data to csv for further analysis. any way to do this without manual export?

Power BI /Power Query is not designed for data write back.  Use a different tool. Run your R scripts in a notebook etc.
