Files in SharePoint

Hello,

I have a problem with updating a file from Sharepoint.

When I call a folder from Sharpoint in PowerQuery it appears files that they don't exist any more (in yellow). That it's inconvenient because Power BI get the data from a a file that it doesn't exist in that folder from Sharpoint. How can I really remove that's files?

Thank you in advance!

Hi @MTrullàs ,

A couple of things you can try:

1) On the ribbon in Power Query, go to the Home tab > Refresh Preview. This will make sure your PQ preview is showing the latest state of the SharePoint folder.

2) If the files still appear, then in your Explorer window, go to the View tab and put a tick in the 'Hidden Items' box under the 'Show/Hide' section of the ribbon. This will show if these files are actually hidden so not normally visible to you.
