I'm using Power Query in Customer Insights , in data transformation, we import the data from GA and CSV, we perform some steps, but when trying to save this error occurs: "Failed to validate the data flow in external validations". Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks
I am also facing the same problem. when trying to load the data into customer insights using power query from power bi dataflow.
I tried loading only 2 column from power bi dataflow. Both column types are string. Please find the error message below
Hello, i had similar issue. After trial and errors i managed to import. What i did, was to go to csv file and delete all spaces from columns names (e.g.: "Customer Name" to "CustomerName"). Then i run the import processes selecting the updated csv. Import completed successfully.
Hope it helps!
Found the issue with my entity. The space in between the entity name (Customer Master) was causing the above error message. After removing the space (CustomerMaster), the issue got resolved.
I tried reading the data from a storage account using power query (Add datasource in customer insights) as well. I got same error message.

Hi @Graciela ,
This looks related to a known issue. Please consider to replace all timestamp to string and remove all complex datatype for mitigation.
