Extracting Data From Records within List into New Columns

Hello,

I have a List column (customField), where each row/list contains 8-12 records. Each records holds three fields (fieldCode, key, value) and I want to create those 8-12 records as new columns on my table using the record "key" as column header and "value" as the field/row entry. I tried doing this via a custom column, naming the column header manually after the record "key" value and using the following function to grab the value:  Record.Field([customField]{2} ,"value")

However, I realized the records are not always in the same order, so by specifically naming the column "HireType" for example, and using the function to grab the 2nd record "{2}" - the value I was getting was not always the hiretype value I was expecting. In general, I want to expand this customFields list/records horizontally into columns as opposed to vertically into rows.. Thank you!
