Extract list of value with variable schema

Hi , 

thanks in advance to read and help me to solve this issue 

I Get data from webpage in two tables , 

1- Item Table which contain (item guid ,type,psets.idx, list(which have values required to extracted to final table ) 

this item table have different psets.idx  (1,2,3,......) each one of them mean different schema of data in list at fourth column )

2- idx table which have schema no and list of records  i already extract them to text with comma  

what i want to to do 

one final table has item with spacific data for as whoen in final table picture 

table of item and with schema no and vlues of itidex schema no and ascending of values on itemFinal table required with all idx

Don't do that.  Neither Power Query nor Power BI nor the service like that at all.   Instead, unpivot your data to get it into usable, stable format.
