Exclude source from datarefresh

Situation:

Made a report with PowerBi Desktop. 3 Sources:

- Database 1

- Database 2

- Locale file

There is no need to refresh the locale file content because it is static data.

Is there any way to exclude this.

Why:

- I'm the author of the report.

- Uploaded it to a GROUP.

- Another member of the group runs the report and should manage the refresh.

- The personal gateway runs on a 'public' dashboard machine with a user (the other member) with minimal access.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Hello, Question about this solutions.

When you publish this report to PBI service i get an error that there is no gateway for refreshing this file.

Is the exclude refresh only working in PBI desktop?

regards, Bart

Many Thanks.
