Excel Problem...Open to Other Options

 

Note: Source Sheet is the bottom and Target one is the top

 

Problem1. Red arrow the same with the stock code but when I replaced each item it will delete the formula encircled in amber circle thereby not generating the stock code number and Stock Item. It also needs to add rows automatically while  source sheet is being updated. Need some suggestion

 

Problem2. Auto-populate the target sheet while the source sheet is being but the catch is the days and day rate of several rows interchange.   It also needs to add rows automatically while  source sheet is being updated. Need some suggestion

 

Problem 3. Can the automation be done via excel especially if the rows involved hundred of thousands? Will new commands need to be written everytime an automation will be needed?

    Hi Anonymous, provide sample data in usable format (read note below) and expected resuld based on sample data please.

      there are several problems in this post so I need to address the priority one. 

      If a text has been introduced in the target sheet taken from the source sheet that match the stock code then it will trigger the appropriate stock item. stock items are stored on another excel sheet and only linked to the target sheet.
