Excel Power Query automatic date formatting

Hello,

I am trying to load the newest file from Sharepoint folder though Excel's Power Query. The Query has literally two steps, turned off automatic type detection and yet it detects "date created" and "date modified" as a date, throws an error because it thinks it is in American date format and I have no way to change that. Any ideas what to do?

Hello - you can try adjusting your regional settings for Power Query by going to the Excel ribbon and choosing Data > Get Data > Query Options > Regional Settings > Locale.  You may need to restart Excel for the change to take effect.
