Hi all,
I don't really understand why the UI of Power Query is throwing errors while writing an incomplete step, and covering the table with that error message.
I'm typing this formula, realizing I need to scroll to the right to read the exact column name, but as soon as I do that, Power Query thinks there's an error and places that error on top of the table, so I cannot read the column name.
There doesn't seem to be a way to dismiss this message either.
Would be better indeed if it would be possible to scroll in the overview while editing the formula, I don't know how to prevent that.
What I usually do to replace values:
1/Go to the column where you want to change the values
2/Right click the column header > Replace values
3/ enter value to find and value to replace with
This way you don't have to type the exact name of the column
