Error: Netezza database names with underscores give an error with an ODBC connection.

Hi,

I tried to connect from desktop to Netezza with the ODBC connections.

The name om my datebase is DEV_VFS_DM. The Power BI error I receive is:

Power BI Query errorPower BI Query error

Apparently the undescores in the name are not processed well.

Connecting to database QUERYHISTDB worked fine !

This is resolved with May 16 Update- Now you should be able to connect with NZ DB's with Underscore

Bilahari

Hi @ElsD,

Just wanted to confirm, does everything look ok when you use PBI Desktop's latest version on Netezza? Did you have any other problems?

Thanks
