I have just installed and configured a Data Gateway. I created a new data source using my on-prem SSAS Tabular. When i try to use it I get the following message:
Support for Analysis Services Connector has ended, and databases connected using this method no longer appear in this list. Only databases connected using a data gateway appear. To upgrade, follow the steps here.
The link is not working and I have no clue how to solve this. Any suggestions?

Thank you for your deedback. Turns out that the error was a security issue in my SSAS instance and not the gateway. But the error message was misleading and mistakenly assumed it was the gateway installation.

Please download the latest version of on-premises gateway from this link and install it on your computer.
After that, add SSAS data source within the configured gateway following the guide in this article: Manage your data source - Analysis Services.
