Hi all,
I have a report that extracts data from SQL databases. My Source instruction at the beginning of every "M" code is :
Source = Sql.Database(....However some of the clients use Microsoft SQL, some use Sybase, some PostgreSQL, etc. Is there some clever way to parameterize the Sql part of the Source instruction? For example for Sybase I need to write :
Source = Sybase.Database(....I have a few dozen of tables to make such change every time I have a client with a different SQL database.
Thanks.

@Fowmy thank you. Not exactly what I was looking for, but good source for ideas.
