Duplicate Rows with Folder Data Source

I am getting duplicate rows in my table despite my Query having a Table.Distinct statement in it.  I am wondering if its because I am using the Folder data source and the Table.Distinct is only being run on each new set of data coming in rather than on the entire table once all the files are loaded in.

Loading is done as follows:

Everything is loaded into Raw Data.  I reference RawData for a new table and in that table, I have a Table.Distinct statement in my Power Query for the column in question.  Despite this, when leave the query editor, my load

These are flat files text files in a folder that I am pulling from btw.

Scratch this - I think the dupes are a result of sloppy data and a left outer join (merge join in PQ).  Doh.  How do i delete a forum question?

Have you solved this issue? If so, you can accept your reply as answer to close this question rather than deleting this question. However, if the issue still persists, please share the folder that contains text files and post the code in Advanced Editor for us to analyze.
