I want to create a date column that shows date format in this form ddd /mm/dd/yyyyy hh :mm basically should show day of the week , month, date, year and time

I see two options.
Either in Power Query, by using the Date.ToText formular (check out this one here)
Or you try the FORMAT function in DAX.
Either way your date will be translated to text which means that you cannot really use that attribute to apply Power BIs strong date manipulation capabilities. So, my suggestion is to have the normal date column and in addition a column with the date format you like. With that you can do use the real one for date calculations annd the other one to show in your graph.
