Dataflow refresh fail

Hi,

I've instaled on premises data gateway on my pc, so dataflow can use Excel file on local drive. Everything works fine, I can create and save query, but dataflow fails to refresh. If I limit my query to several thousand rows refresh works, but if query returns >100 000 rows refresh fails. Here is the log file. Please help!
