Same issue here. We collect our data from an Excel file stored in Google Spreadsheet. Worked out well during the last weeks. Nothing specific changed.

Same issues here.

With the addition of Data Source Error:  Column in Table contains blanks etc etc etc

But when I look in the PBIX file I've excluded all blanks and seems to refresh fine in Power BI Desktop.

Hello,

I have seen these same errors as well since Friday on both our Datasets. One of the models had not been touched in weeks and had always refreshed successfully daily with scheduled refresh online. Now they both refresh fine on Desktop, but upon upload show the "Error with your dataset" icons next to them. I uploaded both the untouched-in-weeks pbix as well as another more recently updated pbix into another workspace to test as well, with the same results.

Please help ASAP as this is critical to business.

Same issue here.  An important file that had been refreshing fine for months started failing late last week.  The data set uses an Excel file located in OneDrive for Business as one of its data sources.  This is a big issue for us - please help!

Hi

seems that the problem resolved by itself.

We are experiencing the same issue except the Excel file is stored in a SharePoint Document Library as opposed to OneDrive.

Hi @analystreports,

Do you encounter any issues when refreshing the data source in Power BI Desktop?

Also please help to describe more details about what changes you make on the data source. Moreover, I would recommend you save your Power BI Desktop file with different name, then publish it to Power BI Service and check if you can refresh the new dataset successfully.

Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
