Hi All
I am trying to replace the data source in my existing power bi report.
I have same columns in both my data sheets, the old and new.
I changed my source by changing the code in Advanced Editor.
Still I am getting an error which says " few column were not found"
But i cross checked both the data sources, the cols are same name, not even in different case and even the data types of the col are same.
Can anyone please tell me why I am facing this issue
Hi @Anonymous, there might be a chance that Power BI is considering a few blank columns in your older version. Could you please check?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Could you tell me if @mahoneypat 's post helps you ? If it does, please kindly Accept it as the solution to make the thread closed. More people will benefit from it.
Or you may share your pbix file after removing sensitive data to help us clarify your scenario.
Best Regards,
Eyelyn Qin
There must be some difference to get that error. Does one have spaces? Can you just replace the step(s) giving you the error so that the correct code is generated for the new column names?
