Data Query - Combing Data

Hello all,

I am trying to pull data from a NetSuite report and add it into an excel file (lets call it RMA). I'd like to make it so the the RMA file will get live updates from the NetSuite report, or at least create an automated way the data from NetSuite can be integrated into the RMA file once the NetSuite data updates. To my knowledge, the data in NetSuite does get updated once a return package is scanned and received in. 

Please help! All the youtube tutorials are advertisments for services that I don't require. I know there's a way to do this without the service.
