Create a table from a list

I have a very basic problem, but due to my lack of knowledge in Power query, I cannot find out how to solve it.

As mentioned in the subject, I want to create a table from a list (or distinct value of anther table), pls show me how.

I have a data table, my purpose is create a table including distinct values of one column from that data table, but I cant do that.
So I created a list as below, then tried to create a table from the list, but still cant 😞

In the Transform menu, you will notice that you have something called To Table. Use that.

lol, OK. I spent a couple of hours tried to do that.

Anyway, is there anyway to create a table from distinct values of another table's column?
