Hi,
I have made a few connections to an Exasol database in Power BI desktop, published it to the service and connected it to a gateway. This all works fine.
Now I want to create dataflows instead of my local Queries in desktop. Unfortunately this doesn't seem to work.
I just pasted the M code in a new blank query and try to connect with the same credentials but I get following error message:
Path is invalid.
If I try to connect I see Exasol is not available as source to connect to....
Is there a way to fix this or a workaround?
Thanks!
What kind of driver are you using? ODBC? Did you install that driver on your On-Premise gateway? How did you specify the EXASOL connection in your Power Query? Note that there is a bug with ODBC connections that may prevent dataflows from being able to select the connection.
