Control Chart XmR (Free)

I need to create a 'Control Chart XmR' in powerBi, I found a free add on in PowerBI called 'Control Chart XmR' by Nova Silva. It is free in PowerBI Desktop but we need to pay it for publishing . Is there any alternative for this that is free to you for users?

I checked all of them, these are not reallly helpful but the oen Control Chart XmR' by Nova Silva (which is paid) is exactly I wanted. Doesnt seem to have similar App for it
