Hi,
Generally speaking, I am looking for the list of Power BI connectors with the supported versions of the target data source.
In my case, I want to check if the SharePoint List connector supports SharePoint 2010 Enterprise Edition, or if it had to be 2013 or above.
Is there such a list ?
If not, which version of SharePoint is supported for the SharePoint List connector ?
Regards,
Nicolas
On top of @Greg_Deckler already answering your question, best way to get list of all connectors is to download power bi desktop and look there as it will keep getting more. For power bi service, click Get Data and can find all connectors there.
There could be multiple ways to connect to a system for example, to connect to sql server database you can use sql server connector or ODBC data source but it is best to use standard connector if available. If you're having issue one way you may try the other way.
I have connected to both SharePoint 2010 and 2013 lists via the connector. 2010 and 2013 both support OData, which is required. 2007 does not support OData and thus is not supported.
