Hello friends -
I am trying to establish connection to our cloud database (Entrata) via Power Query by following steps mentioned below:
1. Open Excel
2. Data - Get Data from Database - From SQL Server Database
3. Enter server (xxxxxx.entrata.com)
and get the error mesasge below.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. I tried to get data from Web and after entering the URL address, the access web contain window did not show up (so credential were not entered) ,and it prompted me to teh window below:
I am not really sure why the access web contain window did not pop up. Thank you in advanec for your help!

'2. Data - Get Data from Database - From SQL Server Database'
The SQL Server Database you choose is generally used to connect to the local SQL Server.
In Power Query there seems to be no direct connector for Entrata, maybe you can try the web connector.
