% Completion

I filtered out Coming Due in the pie chart visual

I need the equation to do # completed / (Completed + Overdue) x100 = 96.94%

The answer should match what is in the pie chart

Hi @racheljeska

Not sure if I understand your requirement correctly. If you want to display the % Completion result in a separate visual like a Card visual, you can create a measure like below, then add it to the Card visual.

% completion =
DIVIDE (
    CALCULATE (
        COUNT ( 'Table'[Employee ID] ),
        'Table'[Completion Status] = "Completed"
    ),
    CALCULATE (
        COUNT ( 'Table'[Employee ID] ),
        'Table'[Completion Status] IN { "Completed", "Overdue" }
    )
)

And in the Data pane, select this measure, go to Measure tools ribbon to format it as Percentage.

Best Regards,
Jing

I filtered out Coming Due in the pie chart visual

Oooh, two mistakes for the price of one 🙂  .

A pie chart ONLY makes sense if you DON'T filter out vital parts. By definition it will ALWAYS need to show 100%.

Use a different visual.
