Cannot Convert Numeric Text to Numeric

Hi,

I've this table that comes with Budget Fields.
This budget fields are in text and we have 

We're trying to convert them to Decimal or Numeric as long we have a Numeric value like 56,00757

What I tried :

1. Replace dot with comma
2. Changed to Decimal, value is like 5600757
3. If I do Fixed Decimal Number 5,600,757.00 (5 milions 6 hundred thousand and seven hundred fifty-seven dot 00)

I've tried everything to have 56,00757 as Number, Even through I set my locale (IT-IT), I don't manage to fix it.
Does anyone know how to solve it ?

Create a new report, before doing anything, set your report regional settings to italy.

Then do this your step 1 and 2. It will return correctly
