I need to get data from a rest API endpoint in order to build a series of queries to another endpoint to get all of the details of the records. Is there a straightforward way to do this in M?
I would be doing a search for new 'plans' in the last 60 days:
api/plans/search/[params]
returns [{name:a, id:1},...]
getting back a list of 'plans', then I need to iterate over the list requesting the details of each plan:
api/plans/{planid}/details
returns {all the details}
then transform and merge these results into a single table. Is there an example available of this in M?
You can make the first call, return that and convert it to a table if needed, and then add a custom column that concatenates the ID into the web call for each id. You can then expand that new column of Tables/responses so all the data are in one table.

Pat
