Calculation of Mean and Average in huge table

Hello together!

I have a very large table that shows me when which process was started and ended, per order:

Article Order Nr Process Step Start End
Bike 1 01 01.01.2022 01.01.2022
Bike 1 02 01.01.2022 05.01.2022
Bike 1 03 10.01.2022 20.01.2022

Now I would like to calculate the mean and average for each article using all available data.

Here I would like to get 2 different levels of granularity. Once the mean and average for each process step and once for all production steps in total (Cycle Time).

How would you do that in Power Query?

Since I need this table a an input for multiple reports, I have to do this in PQ.

First things first - I don't think Power Query is the right place to do that (if possible at all). Power Query is just a data prep/storage engine. You're supposed to do this in the reporting engine using DAX.

Then on the DAX side - can you please show the desired outcome of the calculations?
