Hi, I have looked through some of the solutions of creating mode measures in dax, specifically when it comes to breaking a tie when there is more than 1 mode value. My question is, does it always require a tie breaker (Either min or max value)? Interested in knowing how to display "No mode" if I don't want to break the tie.

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. Do you want to return blank when multiple values rank as 1? If so, please try the following measure.
