Calculating a minimum value in a date table with criteria

I can get a minimum value from a connected FACT table as follows:

= Record.Field(Table.Min(#"SALES VALUES","LinkToShipDateID"),"LinkToShipDateID")

However, I would like to get the minimum value excluding a certain value.

In plain english this would be something like: = Record.Field(Table.Min(#"SALES VALUES","LinkToShipDateID" "where value is greater than 0"),"LinkToShipDateID")

However, from my research this doesn't seem possible.  It appears that you have to create a separate filtered table using Table.MinN, and then grab the minimum value.

I am unable to get the correct syntax, as the Microsoft examples give you a 3 row manually created table e.g. table.fromrecords - and not an existing table.   Seems like this should be fairly simple.
